HOW CAN I MAKE A BOOKING WITH HIGH RANK TRAVEL?
Booking a flight with High Rank Travel for your destination is really easy and simple. All you have to do is to visit www.highranktravel.com and use our search filters to get the best possible deal on your chosen dates. If you have any difficulty searching your flights, or have any further question before making your travel booking arrangements, you can call us on 07412456073 and speak to one of our reservation executive to get help, it will be a pleasure for us to assist you.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY BOOKING HAS BEEN CONFIRMED?
As soon as your booking is confirmed which is usually within 3-4 hours of making your booking, you will be sent an email containing full details of your travel plans. If you have any problem finding your email confirmation, we suggest you check your spam folder in your email box. If you are still unable to find email, please contact us we will be happy to help.  

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY AIRLINE TICKET. WHAT IS THE PROCESS TO GET THE TICKETS?  
When you book with us, we will send you an email containing your e.ticket confirmation, which will basically be your electronics ticket it is as simple as that.

WHAT HAPPENED IF I LOST MY E-TICKET?
Your e-tickets are generated automatically into the Airline system when you book with us,even if your e.ticket print out is lost, you will still be able to travel as long as you know the name of your Airlines and flight details therefore e.tickets are more effective and secure.     

WHERE CAN I FIND MY FLIGHT DETAILS AND DEPARTURE TERMINAL?
You will find all the necessary travel details in your electronic ticket confirmation email including your flight departure terminal, timings, seat number and the name of the airline you will be travelling with. If you still need help please contact us with your name and booking reference number.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO TRANSFER MY TICKET ON TO SOMEONE ELSE’S NAME?
No! Ticket transfer or name change is not allowed by the Airlines, However if you would like to book someone else on your flight ticket instead, you will need to cancel your ticket and rebook a new ticket for that individual with his or her name.
WHAT IS THE AGE CRITERION FOR INFANTS AND CHILDREN?
Infant entire travel period should be completed within 0-2 years similarly children's entire travel period will also be completed within 2-12 years. It should also be noted that infants are not allocated a seat therefore they must travel in a lap of an adult.

HOW CAN I RECONFIRM MY FLIGHT?
You will need to contact the Airline or their respective office 72 hours prior to departure to reconfirm you flight status.

WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED TO GET BOARDING PASS AT THE AIRPORT?
All passengers are required to present a positive form of identification e.g. passport or driving licence along with a print out of their booking confirmation. In addition to that if you have purchased your ticket by debit or credit card you may also be required to present this as evidence of payment.   

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS I CAN USE TO PAY FOR MY TICKET?
We accept all major Credit/Debit cards. However, you can also make a bank transfer or a card payment can be processed through e-pay link by customer.

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY FLIGHT BOOKING?
For all low cost Airlines booking, you need to contact directly to the Airline. If your booking is on a regular Airline, you need to contact us to cancel your flight ticket at least 48 hours before departure. When calling please have your booking reference or surname ready to avoid delays. Please note all refundable flight tickets are subject to an admin fee in addition to cancellation charged by Airline.

HOW MUCH IS THE CANCELLATION CHARGE ON MY FLIGHT TICKET?
Please note some special flight ticket fares are non-refundable from the time you book them, In some cases Airlines may accept cancellation of flight with a cancellation charge. If a refund is allowed by the Airline an additional admin fee will be collected by HIGH RANK TRAVEL LIMITED in addition to any Airline charges.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND?
Most of the Airline tickets are non-changeable/refundable, however if any refund is allowed by the Airline it may take between 6-8 weeks from the time we receive your cancellation request in writing.  
CHANGES IN BOOKING:
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY FLIGHT DATE?
Most of the time the Airlines do not allow any changes in flight dates; unfortunately you will have to cancel your current ticket and purchase a new ticket.

WHAT ARE THE CHARGES OF CHANGING MY FLIGHT DATE?
If your flight date change is allowed by the Airline,there will be a fee chargable to you according to the terms and conditions of both,The Airline and High Rank Travel.
    
HOW CAN I CHANGE OR CORRECT MY NAME ON MY TICKET?
If you find any spelling mistakes in your name or you find other details are incorrect, please notify us urgently with your booking reference number so that we can rectify the error immediately. However, if you fail to notify any error after receiving confirmation from us, we will assume that everything is in order and we will not accept any responsibility for errors. At late date any changes, errors or amendments to your name or other details will incur charges from High Rank Travel to cover our administration costs in addition to the amendments fee from Airline or your operator.   

BAGGAGE INFORMATION:

HOW CAN I FIND MY BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE DETAILS?
You can find your baggage allowence details on both your flight confirmation and on your e.ticket. you can also visit your Airline website for more baggage information.

HOW DO I PAY FOR EXCESS BAGGAGE FEES?
You can pay for your excess baggage by visiting the Airline website or at the airport before departure. We strongly advise you to book you excess baggage in advance to avoid higher charger by the Airline. If you have any problem booking your excess baggage, please call us we will be happy to assist.  

WHAT IS THE WEIGHT AND SIZE LIMITS FOR BAGGAGE?
