Your contract with us: A 'booking' means any purchase for travel products or services you acquire on or through our website accepted by us. Acceptance of your booking will be made by High Rank Travel Limited and a contract will only be concluded when we have received full payment from you and have sent a confirmation by email either from High Rank Travel Ltd or its relevant Travel Suppliers. All travel products and services featured on our website are subject to availability. High Rank Travel offers many different Travel products and they may be subject to a specific terms and conditions depending on whether you book a flight,hotel, car hire or a combination of products. When a tailor-made package is booked on our website combining different type of products e.g. flight, hotel, car Hire or any other travel products, which forms a significant part of your booking and these products are booked at the same time with one total price. this is called a tailor-made booking for which high rank travel acts only as agents of third party such as Airlines ,Hotels, Car Hire, Travel Insurance, package Holiday and other travel supplier companies therefore The contract will be between the Travel supplier and you, High Rank Travel is not a party of that contract. HIGH RANK TRAVEL LIMITED STRONGLY RECOMMENDS THAT YOU TAKE OUT TRAVEL INSURANCE FOR YOUR HOLIDAYS, ESPECIALLY AS THERE MAY BE CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE NEITHER HIGH RANK TRAVEL NOR YOUR TRAVEL SUPPLIER CAN ACCEPT LIABILITY e.g. DELAYS OR CANCELLATIONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL. Our Price policy: All Prices are quoted based on ground and transportation costs prevailing at the date of booking. High Rank Travel Limited reserves the right to change prices at any time prior to the booking being confirmed. However, once we have confirmed the booking to you provided you have paid the quoted fare balance in full, we will guarantee the price. High Rank Travel in no way accepts the responsibility for any verbal price quote or descriptions. We reserve the right to deny or refuse at our sole discretion any booking.Please note that when you make a booking you confirm that you have accepted, on behalf of all members of your party, these terms and conditions. Furthermore,if you are making a booking for group or for more than one person you will be responsible for all payments due from them for their booking with us. The price and costs of your flight /Holiday is based on exchange rate at the time of booking therefore the price of your travel arrangements is subject to change in line with transportation costs, scheduled air fares and other Airline charges that are part of the contract between Airlines and High Rank Travel Limited and any increase in VAT or any other government imposed taxes and currency changes in-relation to a negative currency exchange variation. Third Party /Travel Suppliers: High Rank Travel Limited acts as a disclosed agent for third party or Travel suppliers. The term Travel supplier in our terms and conditions include Tour operators, Hotels, Hotel chains, Hotel aggregators,Insurance,Car Suppliers and all Airlines.Your booking contract under this term will be with Travel supplier not with High Rank Travel Limited, Any queries or concerns regarding a booking or product should be address to them. You will find their name, address and contact details in a confirmation email sent to you by High Rank Travel or by the Travel Supplier. High Rank Travel Limited does not assume any responsibility for travel products and services supplied by the Travel supplier/Third party and makes no representation or warranties [express or implied] about the suitability or quality of travel products and services featured on the site. Third Party/Travel Supplier Terms and Conditions: The terms and conditions of Travel supplier including the Airlines'terms and conditions of carriage will apply in addition to those set out here. The terms and conditions of travel suppliers may include provisions relating to payment procedure, default, liability, cancellation, change of bookings and refunds if applicable and any other restrictions and limitations. Please refer to your particular Travel supplier for full details and applicable terms and conditions.You are advised to read those terms and conditions carefully. You are responsible to comply with terms and conditions of any airline or Travel supplier in-relation to check-in times,reconfirmation of flights and for other matters. Flights: Please note in particular apart from air fares there are additional specific terms to that fare. For example economy special fare restricted tickets are normally non-refundable and non-changeable. you must use all flights in sequence set out in your itinerary/e-ticket. If you fail to use the outgoing flight or the first stage of your journey it will invalidate the rest of your ticket. It should also be noted that in-relation to flight tickets , the recommended minimum check-in time is (2)two hours prior to departure for international flights and (1 and 30) one hour and thirty minutes for domestic flights. Some Airlines require you to reconfirm your return flight booking at least 72 hours before travel. If you fail to re-confirm your flight booking with the Airline, they may cancel your flight. Apart from that the majority of Airlines also reserve the right to make schedule changes and cancel confirmed bookings.Under such circumstances High Rank Travel limited is not responsible for such Airline schedule changes or cancellation of flights, High Rank Travel will be happy to help and provide you reasonable assistance you require via our customer service support. We strongly recommend particularly if you are holding an economy class ticket and have a particular seat request, you should check in early. High Rank Travel Limited does not have control over seat allocation;even if a seat is pre-booked with the Airlines make no guarantee that a specific seat will be available at check-in. High Rank Travel Limited is in no way responsible for the cost of any transfers between the terminals that you may incur.Flights priced at special fares or the cheapest prices may not take the most direct route. Some flight itineraries require a change of aircraft en-route.The flight that is described as direct is one where there is no need to change aircraft during journey. However stops may be made en-route for re-fuelling or to let passengers on/off. The timings given are on the 24 hours clock system, approximate and based on outbound flights. They may vary depending on flight schedules, the type of aircraft, weather conditions etc, and are indications of the hours spent on actual flight excluding time on ground during stops en-route or when changing aircraft and therefore they are given for guidance only and are subject to alteration and confirmation. Each Airline Regulations vary, but some airlines refuse to carry a pregnant woman who is 28 weeks or more on her return travel date. If in doubt please check with the airline concerned and consult your doctor.Infants must be 6 weeks old to travel by air and must either sit on an adult's lap or occupy an infant seat. Please contact the airline you are travelling with for more details of appropriate seat for infant. Generally children aged 2 years and over must have a seat. Direct Flight: Flight which is direct must keep the same flight number throughout the journey, although it may stop for a change of aircraft[equipment]but they are different from non-stop flights,which travel directly from originating departure point to the final destination without stopping for connections,refuelling or layovers. Non-stop Flight: Non-stop flights are those flights that travel directly from one originating airport to the final destination without stopping for connections, refuelling or layovers. These flights are different from direct flights as mentioned above. Code Share Flights: Code share flight is an arrangement between the Airlines to promote each other ,For example, certain flights run by KLM prefix (KL) may be used by Kenya Airways or Air France with a different flight number under a prefix of KQ or (AF) for the same destination and vice versa. This arrangement by different Airlines provides you a greater choice of destinations and better connections.
Hotels & Other accommodation: High Rank Travel acquires hotel and accommodation star rating from a variety of sources and offers them as a general guide. These ratings are not necessarily the official local rating and therefore you should be aware that the standard can vary among hotels and accommodation of the same class in different countries as well as in the same country. Many different countries have a different star rating standard; A 3 star hotel in one country is not necessarily equivalent to a 3 star hotel in other country.Large number of hotels and other accommodation especially in cities and major resorts accommodate conventions and conferences and also at certain time of the year some destinations have an influx of groups such as associations, clubs and students therefore we do not have exclusive use of properties featured on the site. The hotels we feature are shared with guests from many countries with different culture and customs and of mixed age groups. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT TIMINGS: Normally guests can check-in the hotel or other accommodation after 2pm and check-out by 11am local time,However local variances may apply. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that this always be the case. The images are displayed to give a general feeling for the hotel. We also endeavour to ensure that the hotel and other accommodation amenities, facilities and descriptions have accurate and up to date information. This information is obtained by our Travel suppliers and therefore we also cannot guarantee this always to be the case. The information provided by our travel suppliers is to give a general feeling for the property. Extra Beds and child cots: Generally extra beds and baby cots have to be requested to hotels. Electronic tickets Despatch: When you book with us we will process your E. ticket as soon as possible which will be sent out to you by email, please also be advised that all airlines have their own electronic ticket rules and regulations, therefore High Rank Travel cannot be held responsible for non- compliance of these rules and regulations, we strongly recommend that you check these details with the Airline in advance before travel. E-ticket Delivery: It is your responsibility to provide us correct information at the time of booking failing that we will not be held responsible, if your ticket is lost due to incorrect address or your e.ticket does not arrive due to incorrect email address or your junk email settings. You must inform us immediately if you change your contact telephone number or email address. Additionally please make sure you provide us all passenger names as per their passports, it is also important to check names on the passports should match the name on your e-ticket or booking confirmation. Modification: Any changes or amendments to you reservation/booking or travel product other than increasing the number of passengers travelling with you subject to seat availibility will incure charges from high rank travel to cover our administration costs in addition to the charges and amendments fee from your travel operators or airlines which will be advised at the time of change. Cancellation: If you cancel your reservation/booking or other travel products,we must receive this in writing or by email as soon as possible.All cancellations are subject to cancellation charges of up to100% please refer to your travel operator's booking conditions) plus an admin fee to High Rank Travel Limited. Cancellation charges cannot exceed 100% of invoice value. Travel insurance premium are NOT refundable (please note if you have valid reason to cancel your travel arrangements or any other travel product you may be able to claim from your insurers.It should also be noted that some Airlines may treat a name change as a cancellation and as such they will not refund any money. Where your flight outbound ticket segment is not used, the return flight segment will automatically be cancelled by the Airline and there will be no refund for such partly used ticket. Car Rental Cancellation: For car rentals if you fail to cancel your reservation prior to the pick-up time and do not collect the vehicle on the pick- up date or you fail to comply with car supplier's pick up terms and conditions, High Rank Travel reserve the right to make a No-show charges of 100% of the total car rental value. Hotel Cancellation: For all Hotel bookings If you fail to cancel your reservation in advance or prior to CHECK -IN or you fail to check-in or inform us or comply with Hotel supplier's terms and conditions, High Rank Travel reserve the right to make a No-show charges of 100% of the total value. Please also note that some special hotel rates attract 100% cancellation from the time you book them thus they do not offer any refund. Where there is a refund offered by the Hotel supplier minus cancellation or no-show fee, the High Rank Travel reserves the right to charge a fee to cover its admin costs. Disabled Passengers: We must point out with regret that some destinations are not suitable for disabled people. If you are a disable person, we suggest you should check the destination of travel is suitable for your needs. We strongly recommend that in your own interest you consider taking out insurance in the event of cancelling your Holidays you could incur a substantial loss of money. The insurance policy should cover cancellation and curtailments for reasons of illness, injury, death, jury service and redundancy. It should also include 24 -hours medical emergency and repatriation service to the United Kingdom and covers medical expenses for illness and accident suffered abroad. Pregnant Mothers:
Flight arrangements are not possible for pregnant women who are in excess of 28 weeks of pregnancy on their return travel date to UK, regardless of their consultation with doctor to establish if it will be safe for them to travel.
Variations in Airport taxes due to exchange rates: If you make a payment for your flight or other travel products by debit or credit card, payment may be taken directly by the Airline or Travel supplier. If there is any issue or problem with your payment, we will contact you within 48 hours of your booking or within 24 hours if you are travelling in 48 hours. High Rank Travel will not be held responsible for any subsequent increase in price or variation in taxes due to exchange rate as a result of payment failure. Any increase in fare must be paid for by you before we can confirm your booking. Please note payment to Airline or Payment to High Rank Travel for any other travel products and services will appear as seperate transactions on your credit or debit card. If you book flight/hotel package, you will be charged in full for your package. Passport and visa Requirements: This information is only valid for British Citizens.Passengers of other nationalities should consult the High Commission of their destination country or the UK Home Office for further information on special travel documents.Some foreign countries have an immigration requirement that your passport must be valid for a minimum period of six months after you enter that country, If your passport is valid for less than a year, Please ensure your passport is valid at least for the duration of your stay, although we recommend you to contact the UK Passport office just to be sure. You can also obtain further information regarding the renewal of your UK passport by visiting passport Agency website http://www.ukpa.gov.uk. All children under the age of 16 should have their own passport to travel unless they were included on an adult passport before 05 October 1998, may continue to travel with the passport holder until: The child age becomes16 or the passport on which the child is endorsed expires, or the passport on which the child is endorsed is replaced. Please notify us if you name changes before your travel date as a result of marriage so that we can try to make necessary changes to your holiday documents. Our Liability: Where you have bought a tailor made package or other travel products, your contract is with the Travel supplier for whom we are acting as agent. We are therefore unable to compensate you but we will do our utmost to help and contact the Travel supplier on your behalf. High Rank Travel will or does not accept any liability where failure to provide all or part of your booking, death or personal injury is not caused by any fault of us, our Agents or Travel suppliers. Where High rank travel is liable for direct loss this will be limited to a maximum of the total price of products or services in respect of where a claim is made. High Rank Travel will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss of any kind in contract, tort or otherwise arising out of your use of site or any of the travel products or services booked or purchased on the website. Security: High Rank Travel Limited uses a secure technology in order to protect and safeguard financial transactions and personal information. We are committed to comply with security standards and procedures of travel and tourism industry. ATOL Protection: High Rank Travel acts as a retail agent for ATOL Holders, Car Hire Supplier, Accommodation Suppliers, Tour Operators, Travel Suppliers and Flight Operators. The relevant ATOL number will be displayed on your booking invoice which means your flight and holidays are protected under that particular ATOL number except where tickets for scheduled flights are sent to you within 24 hours of payment being accepted or a payment is made directly to the Airline.
